Currently serving as a partner at Paul & Aravind LLP for nearly ten years, he leads the Export-Import Consultancy Services Division, specializing in Foreign Trade Policy, Customs, and Foreign Exchange Management Act for major corporate clients. His primary professional skill lies in devising management strategies to enhance the profitability of business units.
Mr. Soundararaj, with a Mathematics degree and professional expertise in Business Administration, Import-Export Trade, and Accounts and finance Management, brings over three and a half decades of seasoned experience in Accounts and Finance leadership. His proficiency in managing multimillion-dollar budgets is well-established, along with a track record of significantly boosting profitability in the manufacturing industry and within ERP frameworks. Notable achievements in his career include orchestrating successful financial revivals and formulating efficient financial strategies that have markedly elevated EBITDA. He excels in enhancing financial processes, instituting robust accounting systems, and leading dynamic, high-performing teams.
Saravana Kumar is a seasoned management professional and strategic advisor in Information Technology, boasting over 24 years of Enterprise Business Consulting and Analytics expertise. His experience spans large-scale projects for Fortune 500 companies. As a technology leader, he has successfully overseen intricate data analytics projects across multiple countries, covering diverse business domains such as Finance, Logistics, Human Capital Management, and Supply Chain in various industry verticals.
He holds an MBA from the Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai, and an Engineering Degree from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India.
Suba Chandran, with over ten years of experience post-CA qualification, is an adept finance professional specializing in Financial Planning and Data Analytics (XP&A). He is also a seasoned Finance Literacy Trainer. His skills in Financial Planning and analysis (FP&A) are enhanced by his proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Finance Business Partnerships. In Data Analytics, Suba uses advanced finance tech tools, including Advanced Excel & Power Query, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and QlikView. He also has a strong interest in Generative AI. Suba holds a B.Com, ACA, LCS, and DISA.
Soundar is a highly qualified professional, holding certifications as a Management & Cost Accountant (ACMA) and Company Secretary (FCS) from India. With an impressive career spanning over 31 years, he has extensive experience in senior management roles, including CEO and CFO positions. His expertise covers a wide range of areas such as Private Equity, Fund & Asset Management, Project Management, Financial Management, System Analysis, ERP System Implementation, Financial Instruments, and International Finance.
Soundar’s experience extends to Real Estate Operations, Joint Ventures, Private Securities Placements, Fundraising, Financial, Secretarial, and Legal Structuring, as well as IPO management. Additionally, his proficiency includes Business Administration, Stock Trading, and Corporate Systems, with professional experience in the United States, India, and Dubai.
